Terms of service

Veqdra Studio (David Hoić, sole proprietor), Slovenia. VAT and registration numbers will be added after formal registration.

Services cover planning, design, and development of websites, content management systems, and post-launch support. The exact scope of each project is defined in a written quote.

After quote acceptance an invoice is issued. Payment is split: 50% before work begins and 50% before launch. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

A typical project takes 7 to 14 days. The exact timeline is stated in the quote. Delays caused by the client extend the timeline accordingly.

Upon full payment, all copyright and ownership rights in the delivered website transfer to the client. Veqdra Studio retains the right to feature the finished work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We provide 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes. After that, support is billed by the hour or via a monthly retainer. Liability is limited to the contract value.

The client may withdraw within 14 days of order confirmation; any unperformed portion of the fee is refunded. After work has begun, refunds are proportional to the work delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court is the court at the provider's registered office.
