Challenge

Elura entered a saturated Slovenian AI-agency market where most providers look interchangeable. Blue gradients, generic illustrations, stock photos, promises without proof. With no visual differentiation, first impressions dissolved in the noise — and leads didn't make it past the first five seconds.

Approach

  • 01

    Editorial dark.

Slate, fog cream, signal lime — instead of SaaS blue. Each section has its own feel; together they read as one brand. The voice sounds serious because it looks serious.

  • 02

    Bilingual native.

SL/EN from day one. No 'translated later' — hreflang, OG images, meta tags prepped for both audiences. Slovenians get Slovenian, US visitors get English, no toggling required.

  • 03

    Custom Next.js.

No WordPress, no Wix, no vendor lock-in. The Git repository sits under the client's GitHub account — they can move to a different developer at any time, no licensing strings attached.

— 03

Process

Initial 60-minute call → brief and timeline → design and development running in parallel (3 weeks) → technical finalization, SEO setup, and indexation (1 week) → 30 days of post-launch support for minor fixes and copy adjustments.

    Brief to launch

Indexed by Google within 48 hours of launch. The lead form filters spam via honeypot with no admin overhead. The client takes the Git repository and CMS access on launch day — they manage content directly, no developer middleman.
